Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you") and EnemoVerify™ ("EnemoVerify," "we," "us"), with its principal place of business at The Adolphus Tower, 1412 Main Street, STE 609, Dallas, TX 75202, United States. These Terms govern your access to and use of our identity verification, business verification, background screening, and AML screening services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Definitions & Company
"Company" means EnemoVerify™, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Ravine of Willows, Inc. (a Texas corporation). "Licensor" means Enemo Consulting Group, Inc., the owner of all intellectual property underlying the Services. The Company operates the Services under license from the Licensor.
2. Services
EnemoVerify™ provides API-based identity infrastructure for B2B customers. We integrate with verified third-party providers to deliver KYC, KYB, background, and AML services through a single unified API.
3. Account & API Keys
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. API keys are shown only once at creation and must be stored securely. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Rotating or revoking compromised keys is your responsibility.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Services for unlawful purposes; discriminate on the basis of protected characteristics; bypass rate limits; reverse-engineer the platform; or use results in violation of the FCRA, GDPR, or other applicable law.
5. Consent & Disclosures
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from the individuals and businesses you verify, including FCRA-required disclosures for background checks and GDPR lawful-basis documentation for EEA subjects.
6. Fees & Billing
Pricing is published on our website. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance; overages are billed monthly in arrears. All fees are in USD and exclude taxes. We may update pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Data Processing
We act as a data processor for personal data you submit. We implement industry-standard security controls including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
We warrant that the Services will materially conform to their documentation. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with notice. We may suspend access for breach, non-payment, or legal requirement. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 90 days except as required by law.
11. Ownership & Intellectual Property
The Services, including all source code, designs, user interfaces, documentation, algorithms, models, methods, trademarks, service marks, and logos (collectively, the "IP"), are wholly owned by Enemo Consulting Group, Inc. EnemoVerify™ operates the Services under license from Enemo Consulting Group, Inc. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the IP to you. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
12. Trademarks
EnemoVerify™ is a trademark of Enemo Consulting Group, Inc. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used in connection with the EnemoVerify™ service are owned by Enemo Consulting Group, Inc. and used by EnemoVerify™ under license. You may not use any of these marks without the prior written permission of Enemo Consulting Group, Inc.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
